  • Future for the Seaside Hotel

The new site plan includes the renovation of infrastructure and routes.

The hotel on the Imeretinskaya Embankment was built for the 2014 Olympic Games and shows off a unique location between the sea and the mountains, however, it does not sufficiently engage with its surroundings. In addition, the hotel management faced the issue of inefficient use of interior spaces within the building.

  • Reconstruction Plan

More Water Facilities in the Hotel

Wowhaus was tasked with transforming the hotel grounds, integrating them harmoniously into the natural surroundings, and proposing a new vision for the interior spaces.

  • Visual articulation

    Expanding the Lobby

For the hotel’s renovation, a new zoning scheme was developed along with several stylistic options for the indoor and outdoor areas. According to the concept, the hotel’s interior allows for an expanded lobby area: creating a lounge zone, relocating some commercial functions to other spaces, and visually opening up the space.

  • Relaxing near the Water

The complex’s territory is planned to include an increased number of water features, two-tiered landscaping, and separation from the busy public promenade. Full-fledged entrance areas will be arranged along the promenade and the square. Architecture integrated into the landscape, children’s facilities, and new functional opportunities will allow hotel guests to spend extended time outdoors in comfort.

  • Sea Views

    Nautical Motifs

Guest rooms convey the summer atmosphere of a seaside resort. Natural materials, such as wood and stone, evoke the surrounding hotel landscape which is the sea and forested mountains.
