The concept developed by Wowhaus transformed the once marginal territory of the Three Stations into an attractive space for residents, visitors, and investors.

  • Depo-2

The new food hall is located in a former trolleybus depot in a cultural heritage site. The depot buildings had long been abandoned and enclosed by solid fencing. The project involved adapting the historic building and improving the adjacent streets.

  • A new life for the trolleybus depot

The functional zoning includes both a large event square and smaller permanent recreation areas situated in the landscaped sections of Depo. These are café terraces, benches, and a children’s playground. In winter, the area can be transformed into an ice rink with a Christmas tree and festive market pavilions.

  • Play Tram

The design of the playground was inspired by the history of the depot and Moscow transport. The playground is styled as a tram, with a slide, tunnel, and climbing ropes integrated into its structure. The play complex is designed for younger and middle school–age children.
